When will it be here? What is it going to look like? How will it perform? What will it offer? Just a few of the questions running through our heads about the newest iPhone 5, as we think it is going to be called, rumoured to be released very soon. With only rumours to go by we have nothing set in stone as of yet about the Smartphone but what we do know is no doubt if it is to be released it is going to put up some competition against the main competitors out right now.

With a tie in date with the release of the newest Operating System, iOS 6,  can we expect the new iPhone to be the first gadget to feature the newest version of iOS? Apple have continued to keep everything under wraps and very quiet when it comes to the new iPhone but very soon they must be releasing something so it seems we have a wait on our hands.

Rumours state that it is going to be released in October so with only a short while left the wait may not be as bad as we may think.

Getting to know the HTC One V

The HTC One V is sometimes over looked in the HTC One Collection as it does not offer the very best features, or the slimmest design, although it is original and unique. It does not feature the best, most advanced specifications and it is not filled with the most incredible extra features.

It does however have its unique design and offers the ability for people to learn what it is like to use and own a Smartphone. So with all this in mind lets have a look at the unique design and what this phone offers on the outside.

A curved lip design makes for a more comfortable hold so you can use this Smartphone for longer periods without fuss. Also on the outside are multiple function buttons, these are:

1. Back button – This button allows you to go back to previous apps, features or pages,

2. Home Button – This button lets you go straight to the Home page with just one click. Wherever you are and whatever you are doing you can jump to the home page without hassle,

3. Recent Apps – This button lets you view all recently used Apps and if there is something on the list you want to re-visit just a press and up it loads,

4. Volume – Turn up and down the volume of your ringtone, music, Multimedia and whatever other noises come from your HTC one V,

5. Power – Quite simply the button that turns the HTC One V on and of,

6. Notification LED – When you have a notification or alert this light flashes or lights up multiple colours to let you know whatever alert or notification you have,

7. 3.5mm Headset Jack – Plug your 3.5mm Headphones into this socket so you can listen to your music, movies, games and videos in peace and on your own,

8. Proximity Sensor – This Sensor is where your phone senses when you are on the phone for example, so it knows to dim down the screen so you do not press anything accidentally,

9. Finally the USB Connector is where you plug in your USB cable so you can transfer data to and from your computer.

Simple but effective the outside of the HTC One V is simply to understand making this mobile easy to use.

Blackberry Curve 9320

Blackberry have scrapped the new Smartphone expectations and have gone back to their classic, iconic Blackberry roots. Announcing their new Blackberry Curve 9320 this mobile looks like the majority of the rest of the Curve family, but it does in fact offer some added features that have never been seen on a Blackberry phone before.

With its classic design it is nice to see Blackberry going back to its original design and original mobile phones that were first to hit the scenes. With a new dedicated BBM key you can swiftly and quickly get to your BBM contacts and conversations and staying in touch is easier than ever. Also with pre installed Apps that include Facebook and Twitter you can have all of your friends at your finger tips. Live notifications straight to you, update your status, upload photos, see what friends are up to and even respond to requests or invites, all while out and about.

It is refreshing to see Blackberry go back to such a popular family of mobiles in their time and bring that back to the table so even though it does not have the best features, the most advanced specs or the most up to date look it does have the most original and classic design and features.

iPhone 5

Apple have continued to stay quiet about their next iPhone and have yet to confirm or deny any of the hundreds of rumours that are flying about. But we do know one thing, they fought for the domain name ‘iPhone5.com’ and won.

So do we think that ‘iPhone 5‘ is exactly what the new iPhone will be called and that is the only reason they fought so hard for the domain name? Well we can only really presume but its the only explanation that makes sense.

With only really rumours to go by we have nothing set in stone and no reasons to even think the new iPhone will be something particular, but what we do know about is the iPhone 4S, the most recent. So if that is anything to go by then the next iPhone is going to blow us away, with the best quality features, a beautiful design and the most advanced user experience.

Will the new iPhone offer a newer version of iOS? Will it bring something never before seen in a Smartphone to the table? Or will it just bring a unique design and some exceptional, more advanced than ever features. We can only really wait to see what is brought to the table, but with its release date rumoured to be towards the end of this year it seems we may not have that much of a big wait ahead of us.
